New shareholder structure of Synergia

Within the framework of an innovative reorganization of the company, for a better positioning on the internal and European markets, Synergia changed its shareholder structure.
Giovanni Viganò and Francesco Grandi became partners, alongside Luigi Mauri and Emilio Gregori.
Many thanks to Carlo Penati, who generously made over his shares and who will continue to collaborate with us.
Gianni Dedionigi remains Sole Director of the company.
