“Io ti conosco” project

On the 7th and 8th of June 2012 a 2 days seminar will be held in Aosta with the aim to develop a protocol for the admission to services of the disabled people. The protocol will be based on the SVAMDI model. Representatives of the Valle d’Aosta Region, the Local Health Authority, local entities, not for profit organizations, cooperatives operating in the field will take part o the seminar. The seminar will be coordinated by Synergia (project partner). Other experts at national level will contribute to the works of the committee.
