Final presentations

On the 18th of january 2012 the final expert meeting of the project Supporting life after institutional care was held in Brussels. Synergia presented the results of the transnational evaluation of the social experimentation.
In Bologna on the 31st of January the presentation of the results of the evaluation will focus on the local context.
