Final workshop of the ORION project

The workshop is the final event of the project ORION. The aim is to have a high profile debate on how to dramatically stimulate improved cooperation among European stakeholders to develop innovative approaches to prevent and reduce drug demand. The roundtable intends to provide an opportunity to share information and practices, reflect on achievements and discuss the challenges ahead. The roundtable will gather Members of the European Parliament, officers from European Istitutions and other international organizations and NGOs. Expert coordinators of EU projects ‐ funded by DG Justice, DG SANCO and DG Research ‐ will present evidence based approaches (tools, researches and networks) for prevention and reduction of drug demand. Giovanni Viganò will participate for Synergia.
