Smart working and job rotation

Synergia supports Alpitourworld in understanding and valuing the potential of new collaborative working arrangements and scenarios with a group of female managers. The objectives of the workshop are the following: 1. to share a common discourse and some contents about smart working and job rotation, that the participants can use to autonomously think about their organization; 2. to coordinate the group to identify some ideas to be translated into a development project for the organization.
