The regulation on the functioning of “Comitati Unici di Garanzia (CUG)”

In the context of “Comitati Unici di Garanzia” (i.e. statutory committee in public administrations to guarantee the respect of equal opportunities and working wellbeing), Synergia presents its operative proposal: a draft regulation on the functioning of CUG, a working tool adaptable to the need of different administrations, designed for supporting institutions in drafting their regulations. Synergia also proposes a training course on the functioning of Comitati Unici di Garanzia and an advisory service for supporting CUG activities.
