Transnational meeting of the Supporting life after institutional care project

During the meeting project partners will share the main findings of the research phase, consisting of an impact evaluation of a new tutorship service for care leavers, done on a target and a control group, thanks to a quantitative survey implemented in November 2010 and in September 2011.
